A:AnswerIt definitely does not shred well. I actually have to manually pull apart paper because it barely shred through if you put more than two pages.
A:AnswerTo cut up a piece of paper?! No. It takes a few seconds. And it cuts into strips, not like confetti. I bought mine to make my own paper for quilling. It is a bit jagged and bigger than I’d hoped, but I’m only crafting.

some shredder will automatically shut off when it's close to over heating or when the container is full.
