• Hi, please follow these steps to set a permanent hold: 1. Ensure "Following Schedule" is displayed on the screen. 2. Press the up or down arrow to adjust the desired temperature. 3. Press Permanent, then Done to save. -Jerry

• Tap on change and set the desired temperature and it will give you options to permanently hold and tap on the option.
