“I have extra wires running from my electric furnace to my thermostat that are not being used as I'm only using 4 on present thermostat! I cannot find a c terminal on my 24 volt board on my furnace? Could it be labled something else other than c or com?”

Thanks that the reason we had geek squad come out and did the work. They came out and assisted me with looking at the heating system. Than sent some technical out sized everything up before touching any wiring. Strongly recommend getting the total tech package . Ythan it was $49.00 for installation. Two other business gave us quotes that were maybe 200., yes than there’s a trip charge.
