“I am a property manager. My owner had the HoneyWell therm set up with Xfinity. We have now rented the home to tenant and can’t get the air conditioner to turn on. I had owner delete his Honeywell app, so tenants could register and add their info. Not work”

The new tenant can download the free total connect comfort app and make the changes they need and also can call the honeywell home. Customer service to ask for help 1800 6333991
