“I have the app and have set the times/temperatures I want. The problem is the unit seems to "kick on" whenever it wants and is not following the prescribed temps. Same thing when setting from the panel.Set to 75 but in the home is 66 still not working”

Hello, Im not sure if this will help you. Make sure when you schedule that you are mindful of what mode you are in. Either "group days" for all the same settings for each day of the week or in "view individual days" mode which requires separate settings for each day. Also make sure the fan is not in circulate mode as this circulates only the fan every 15+- minutes and does not turn heat/cool on, a nice feature to prevent stale air or circulate wood heat. And, if you make a temperature change you must select "permanent hold" or it will set back to default temperature after a prescribed duration of which I am not sure. I hope this helps.
