• Yes. I installed this thermostat in my Florida condo this summer, and control it from my iPhone in New York. When I visit my condo, I change the schedule on my phone from the airport so the temperature is just where I want it when I arrive. Just make sure you have a 5-wire heating/cooling system. Wiring instructions that come with the device aren't the easiest to follow (and I'm an electrical engineer) but there are a lot of DIY videos and documents available online to help if you decide to install yourself.

• Yes, this works with Iphone....I have Iphones and the app, and it works great. You can also use a browser, I use Safari from Mac. And it works great.
