Yes. I installed this thermostat in my Florida condo this summer, and control it from my iPhone in New York. When I visit my condo, I change the schedule on my phone from the airport so the temperature is just where I want it when I arrive. Just make sure you have a 5-wire heating/cooling system. Wiring instructions that come with the device aren't the easiest to follow (and I'm an electrical engineer) but there are a lot of DIY videos and documents available online to help if you decide to install yourself.

Yes, this works with Iphone....I have Iphones and the app, and it works great. You can also use a browser, I use Safari from Mac. And it works great.
