• Hi Todd, This Smart Color WiFi thermostat does have the auto changeover feature. It is not enabled form factory but you can certainly enable it so it will switch between heat and cool automatically depending on the set point and inside temperature. - Maria

• You can preprogram to switch. You can also do a temporary change for 12 hours. So yes.
