Before I purchased my thermostat I called the HVAC company who installed and services my forced air furnace & AC. They like to install Honeywell thermostats but couldn't match Best Buys price. I have Best Buys Total Tech service plan. When I ordered my thermostat I olso ordered the Total Tech installation which is free when added to the original order. It was installed on Nov 18 and has been working like a champ. I love the phone app called Total Connect Comfort. I wish the app showed the runtime of the furnace in case a window is left open but wasn't a showstopper for my needs.
