• Reset your router or check wiring. It could also bd batteries died.

• It sounds like you lost power to your heating and cooling system. Make sure the unit has power from the breaker box. Or the power wire could have come loose from the back of the thermostat. Or the thermostat is not plugged into the socket all the way. If that doesnt solve your issue call a hvac specialist.
