• Not unless you have a generator to power up your system. In the event of a power loss, the thermostat will retain its settings and will even reconnect to WiFi once everything is back up.

• Hi JCK824! When your Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat has lost Wi-Fi connectivity, you will retain the ability to control the thermostat manually at the thermostat. However, you will lose the ability to control the thermostat from a remote location through the mobile App and/or website. -John
