Will this work for a unit without a heat pump? null

The answer I received did not answer my question. I asked if this thermostat would work on an air conditioner that does not have a heat pump and the answer was yes, it will work on one with a heat pump.

Yes, I have a heat pump and it works. The wiring was a bit tricky though.
