Hello, We also faced the same issue when we installed our thermostat yesterday. We found that the thermostat reboot issue is happening due to wires are not connected properly. If the wires not locked or you will see the wire copper coil outside means it doesn't connect properly. We reconnected the wires properly and the rebooting issue has been fixed.
