It does have some capabilities but it doesn't appear that you can set a schedule as you describe. It appears you only have four choices a day to run the fan in circulating mode (without air or heat). I have found customer service is very helpful (so far) pre and post purchase. I had questions prior to buying the thermostat and they answered in a very timely manner. I have a small annoyance issue (nothing to do with function) and they are checking into that now for me. Good luck!
