Hi, its possible the second floor does not have a heating element, this is something you'll want to confirm by locating the system or asking an H-vac installer. If you find that the 2 floor system does have a heating option you can adjust your heating stages to 1 from the installer menu by selecting settings, arrow to system setup and press next to heating stages. -Joey
