Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the Honeywell Home app and Total Connect Comfort app without having an account; connected devices need a way to authenticate your access to your data and devices. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honeywell didn't ask for anything sensitive to get their account for the controls of the thermostats. It was the usual kind of warranty information. Name, address, etc. If you long on and check before you buy it then you can make a decision prior to getting the thermostat. If you still don't want the account then the answer is no to your question. Good Luck!
