“I’m replacing a heat pump with W, B, G, R, O and Y on old T874R1749 anyone know how to wire this on new thermostat? Note O and Y both have yellow wire can’t tell if jumpered or not”

It should, o and b are your reversing valve for the heat pump, however I did not see anything about a c, for the best operation it should have c hooked up as well. It actually wont work without the c wire.
