• Hi Karbo, thank you for your question. The TCC app will only send push notifications on the phone with the app and email notifications. To receive text notifications, we can recommend you to use IFTTT. - Maria

• I found no settings that link a phone number with notification. You can check the app if the temperature drops or other notifications.
