Q: QuestionMy Lyric C1 cameras are operating, but I cannot view on line? I get emails telling me sound and movement have occurred, but cannot get to the videos. When I click on the Lyric icon, I get a white screen on my S6. What do I need to do?

• A:Answer Hi Colbill! I suggest Un-installing and Re-installing the Lyric App, if this does not do the trick I suggest contacting Honeywell Lyric Support at (800) 633-3991 to further troubleshoot. Thank you.
