Some Honeywell HEPA and AirGenius air purifiers have been 3rd party tested and found to be effective at reducing certain non-harmful virus and bacteria from the air that passes through the filters. Virus reduction claims vary by model and are clearly marked on each package and on HoneywellPluggedIn.com. We have not tested product effectiveness for the COVID-19 virus and therefore do not claim that the product is effective at COVID-19 virus reduction.
