“I have this unit and love it. But it’s telling me that I need to replace the pre-filter(s). Where do I get pre-filters? I see the HEPA filters on the page with the unit, but nothing about pre-filters. Help!”

If Best Buy doesn’t have them you can order it through Amazon. It’s the filter in front of the other 3 . The first thing you see after you take the front off .
