“Never had an air purifier before, was wondering is it like a fan? Does it blow cool air?”

I have my central air set at 76 degrees and in Arizona, with temperatures over the century mark most of the time, I need a central ceiling fan to circulate the cool air. With the addition of the air purifier which blows that air out the top after filtering it. I feel that moving air always feels cool. The unit is not a cooler. It is a filter and purifier. It certainly helps circulate the purified air around the room which in turn is like a soft clean, fresh breeze.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This blows the room air, like a fan. The fan is three speeds, the first two are fairly quiet, but the third setting is pretty loud. The "turbo" setting (4th speed) is pretty loud as well, but it really moves the air and pulls the smell/smoke out of a room as necessary.

The True HEPA Console doesn't cool the air but it does have a fan to help move the dirty air through the activated carbon Pre-filter that traps large particles and absorbs volatile organic compounds, gases and odors. The air then passes through the HEPA filter that captures the small particles. Thank you!
