- Answer Not as much power as I think you want (if you have to ask) you might need to step up to one in the $30-$50 price range and look for an attachment with spinning bristles (Shark)

- Answer Are you using a computer? Internet explorer or other brouser? A smart phone, tablet? If you can't get it to work switch devices or call the 800 number and someone will take your order.
