“My vacuum won’t turn OFF unless it it plugged in or dead. I press the gray power button and It doesn’t do anything. I’ve resorted to trying to take the whole thing apart but am worried I’ll break it. Any advice?”

Call Hoover ask if you can send it in for repairs or buy a new one— Shark brand are much more powerful and little bit easier to manage and they have a replaceable rechargeable battery
