QuestionRe: Hoover BH53020. I have been careful to clean the filter frequently. The vac is one year old and works well. It stopped working suddenly and will not hold a charge. Two green lights are flashing and the middle charge light is on. Now what?

- Answer Hey I ordered the vacuum because I have hardwood floors.. do your self a favor and get a different one.. it scratched my beautiful floors up and it does not suck up very good.. the only thing that I found useful for is the couch cushions it does move my cat hair into a ball for me to pick up..it doesn't suck cat hair up .. and if it does get dirt off the floor it throws it back 0ut ..

- Answer Check the charger with a volt meter (DC volts) to make sure your getting 26.5 volt. Your charger may not be working. If the voltage is good, you may have an internal issue with the battery or the electronics.

QuestionMy vacuum won’t turn OFF unless it it plugged in or dead. I press the gray power button and It doesn’t do anything. I’ve resorted to trying to take the whole thing apart but am worried I’ll break it. Any advice?

- Answer Call Hoover ask if you can send it in for repairs or buy a new one— Shark brand are much more powerful and little bit easier to manage and they have a replaceable rechargeable battery
