• I used the cleaner that came with the machine. It cleaned it to a certain degree, but you can still see it. Maybe it needs to be pre treated or a special pet cleaning formula needs to be used. Best to clean pet urine right when it happens with hydrogen peroxide. Spray it on, let it work for a minute or two, rub it with paper towel, Repeat as needed
