According to Hoover "If you’re unhappy with your purchase from Hoover within 30 days from the date of purchase, please follow the instructions below for a timely return. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the extended warrenty, so no matter what happens I bring it to the store and if it can't be fixed, they replace it. Personally, I feel extended warrenties are worth it.
