• No problems, but like other vacuums it gets stuck around the brush roller. Clean it off w/ scissors every few uses and you'll be fine

• We have 2 hairy cats and 2 adolescent boys and it is the best vacuum I have ever used. I like it so much I bought a second one after 2 years.

• I have long black hair and shed like chubbaca.. my gosh this vacuum picked up all of my hair.
