- Answer Read the manual online. The machine has one button. Its pretty much idiot proof. Or so they thought. If you can't read it online then have a friend read it to you.

QuestionI just got one installed. How do I stop the heat/dry cycle as I don't want it? When does the light go out? The manual my hubby got off the net keeps writing that my washer may not have the same things. How do I know when the whole cycle is done?

- Answer Hey there, we're more than happy to help you with your new dishwasher. This dishwasher has the heat/dry cycle but we're sorry to say that this cycle is not an option. The only way for you to not utilize this cycle is to cancel/stop the cycle as soon as you hear the wash/rinse cycle ends. We apologize for this inconvenience; we know that it is disappointing to hear that you're not able to disable this cycle. When the Start button is pushed on this model, the “START” LED (status light indicator) comes on and stays on. At the end of the cycle, the “START” LED will turn off. There is no buzzer on this model. We hope this information helps, and we encourage you to reach out to us directly should you have additional questions. -Kacie@GEA

- Answer Hi there! When it comes to dishwashers, the dBA is the decibel rating for the loudness of the unit. The lower this rating is, the quieter the dishwasher will be. - Answer Very basic control. One touch start button. To get heavy wash hold start button until heavy wash circle lights up. To cancel open door to stop then hold start button for 3 seconds and close door.

QuestionMy apartment installed this dishwasher and my dishes are coming out WET!!!! And the dish washer runs a LONG time! I can’t select an option because it’s just one button. And I didn’t get a manual either.

- Answer Not answering the question but my apartment installed the same dishwasher. I HATE it! My dishes are always wet, maybe make a 2 stop button dishwasher with an option to DRY them dishes. SMH.

- Answer This sounds like you need to take this up with your apartment. It was obviously install incorrectly and it is up to who purchased it to take corrective actions. Tell your apartment to replace it or have it fixed.
