Can you run adobe flash player on here?? null

It runs the full Chrome browser, so yes. But, Adobe is discontinuing support of flash this year, so flash in general will not probably be supported by anyone past 2020, ChromeOS, Windows or otherwise.

Chromebooks have a built-in Flash player that you can enable in site settings when you click on the lock in the address bar. Chromebooks have Adobe Flash built in.
