I cannot get the camera to work. Anyone else? null

It’s suppose to be a camera include but definitely isn’t a camera and my son is unable to use it for class . Such a waste of money and time. False advertisement

Apologies for what you're experiencing. If your camera isn't working, or if you see a message that says "No camera found": 1. Turn off your Chromebook, then turn it back on. 2. Try using the camera in another app, like Hangouts. If it works in that app, uninstall the app where it doesn't work, then reinstall it. 3. Reset your Chromebook. 4. Recover your Chromebook. If you're still having trouble after trying these steps, please contact HP Support at 800-474-6836
