A:AnswerWhat I would say is, software wise yes. Hardware is another story. There are times when I go to load something and it can take 15-20 seconds worse case for it to do so. Keep in mind, I wouldn't say that's the norm but it is worse case.
Also if you need to be running more then 2 or 3 programs at once I'm not sure how it would keep up with the demand. Hope this helps!!
