• A:Answer Thank you for the question. This 11a-na0060nr Chromebook is active as of 8/27/2020, and the actual build date can only be ascertained when knowing the unit's serial number. Auto Update Expiration for Chromebooks prefixed with 11a- is June 2028.

• A:Answer This model is a Chromebook, it will not have any Windows software. The Windows laptops will come with the Windows 10 OS, but not Microsoft Office.

• A:Answer Hola Jose, gracias por la pregunta. Si. Para usar Office (Microsoft 365) en un Chromebook, debe instalar la aplicación móvil a través de Google Play Store. Si su Chromebook usa Chrome Web Store en su lugar, puede instalar Microsoft 365 Online para crear, editar y colaborar en sus archivos de Office en su navegador. Tenga en cuenta que necesitará una tarjeta SD (para aumentar el almacenamiento) si elige descargar archivos al Chromebook, ya que el almacenamiento integrado es de 32 GB.
