• A:Answer Because this is a Chromebook, it can only download and run apps that are in the Google Play Store, and it uses the Google Chrome operating system. Microsoft has a number of different programs, so "is Microsoft available?" isn't really a question that can be answered. You can check the Play store to see what specific programs are avaialble.

• A:Answer When it comes to sound, it is often best to hear a demo unit when possible. The speakers being on the bottom often helps make extra room for the keyboard. The sound is usually not heavily affected by it. They do go through a lot of tests making sure that they can be clearly heard. Other factors can have an impact such as the surface you put it on.
