- Answer The AUE date for a Chromebook is generally eight years after the computer was introduced. Becuase this model was introduced in December 2022, that would put the AUE date in December 2030.

- Answer RE: HP Chromebook Model 14c-cd013dx Google support lists chromebooks eligible for the "Plus" update on October 17, 2023 including: HP Chromebook x360 14 inch (14c-cd0xxx) (xxx: 001~999) The similar Model: 14c-cd0053dx SKU 6550194 (with 256GB SSD) is branded "Chromebook Plus." Not sure if Chromebook Plus Perks are actually better than Chromebook Perks.

- Answer Thank you for the question. To adjust the keypress volume on your 2-in-1 Chromebook, open in tablet mode to access the onscreen keyboard. Select settings. At the bottom, select Advanced and then Languages and Input.
