Great question! Interestingly, Chromebooks are considered mobile devices. While they look and act like a laptop, the Chrome operating system and Android apps were designed for the mobile world. However, from your browser's menu, you should be able to select "Desktop Mode" or "View in Desktop Mode" to see full websites. Incognito Mode bypasses this by not accessing or permanently saving cookies and by limiting the information shared with websites.
