I ordered it, all things point to a windows laptop the model # the description in the headline, the what's included, the overview. There is just one mention of a chrome book. If it is a chrome book it's going right back and I'll bring the product description with me to the store and try and get them to match with something else. Either way I'll let you know what it is when I receive it.

If not, as others have said I'll bring my printout of the description and pictures that all show a pavilion Windows laptop and have them give me a unit as described.
