• Hi Ruby”s mom, same thing happened to me, Chromebook just stopped powering up at the 2 1/2 mark. Quite ridiculous. Did you ever figure out how to get the book working again? Thank you, Sarah

• I am sorry to hear that your HP ChromeBook is not starting up. Since it is new, it is still covered under HP's warranty and Best Buy is an authorized service provider for HP. This means you can take it into Geek Squad for servicing.
