Thank you for the feedback. Google sets the Auto Expiration Update, not the manufacturer or retailer, and it is subject to change (lengthen). The AUE is based on the date the product was introduced - originally offered for sale. For the 14a-ne0013dx Chromebook, the AUE is June 2027.
