It's basically gonna have all the same security features as your android phone. It's an app based OS. The best thing to get really is Webroot from the app store; it's actually run by Bestbuy and I have found it is the easiest, doesn't eat up your system when running. It will attach to your browser and also keep you clear from certain cites that may have intruding cookies. You pay the yearly subscription fee but it can be installed on 3 devices, including your cell phone or home PC's

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We use a Chromebook often & have had no issues with security. As long as you maintain a locked browser connection, secure firewall & good cookie & history deletion practices, you should be fine. Good luck.
