“What is the resolution of the camera? As far as I can see its 480p and it looks horrible. I am only not sure is this because of some drivers or this is maximum supported resolution. I tried to look on the official hp website and there is no driver for it.”

I had chat with official hp support and they are saying the 480p is max supported resolution. They are so bad with technical things. They remote connected to the laptop and just opened properties in camera app and say..this is it. I asked them for the specification of camera and he says that it does not exist. So if you need laptop with normal camera in 2021 dont buy this one. If someone manages to find some solution for this, please share.
