Yes, this computer has Windows 10.

This laptop comes loaded with Wondows 10 but S mode which is very limited.

Windows 10 home. By default, it ships in S mode which is a stripped down Windows optimized for security. If S mode works for you, I'd suggest leaving it. But if you have apps that cannot be installed in S mode, you can opt out of S mode for free. The decision to opt out is irreversible though.
