“I just received this and noticed the sound sometimes goes out and cracks and then comes back. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a defect? A brand-new computer should not have this problem.”

I bought mine brand new and had this issue. I went to Geek Squad and they returned it for a new one. I have had this one now for just under 2 weeks and I am having the exact same issue again. The speakers sound like they have been blown and it crackles intermittently on both laptops I had!! Also now my start button won't work. I have 2 days to return it and I am going to do so. Too many issues with a brand new laptop!! I am super frustrated.
