“How many slots for upgrading the ram does as computer have? Also What type of ram well this computer need?”

• It has 2 memory slots, not sure why the HP team states only one as I just opened it up and there are 2 per the photo attached.

• It has one memory slot. It takes a DDR4-2666 SODIMM module.
