• A:Answer Well, I don’t think you need to pay anyone for that. If you go to adobe’s website and scroll all the way down to support(click downloads- on the downloads page you’ll be able to download and install flash player yourself and it just updates).

• A:Answer No it does not. I have a external drive for some things but it runs super slow. They say to turn off S mode to run external apps but it also says Windows 10 might not even run at full speed. So think of this as a Chromebook.
