Q: QuestionIs this good for online school work pulse roblox and Minecraft games? FaceTime? Does it have windows 10 and is it suitable for a 10years old?

• A:Answer Ok... This runs on Windows 10 S. S is the safe mode for Chromebooks and will not run Minecraft or Roblox. It is a basic laptop that wont get viruses. But when you start to add more things to it , well its still just a Chromebook. It works good for all schoolwork, Zoom and another video app my kid uses for school. Then games.....no, it doesn't like most games the kids seem to play. The 2 you asked about are the ones I have been trying to get running. Roblox wont work because it is not a Microsoft game. Now Minecraft is owned by Microsoft, it is a 3rd party that does updates and patches, so...it will not run either. You can turn S mode off but you cant go back when you do. Then.... yeah, I have not done it because of what people have said. The big one for me, was how slow it already runs, it is supposed to get slower and might not run Windows 10 correctly. Online has said a lot about that.

Q: QuestionMy laptop is stuck in S mode. I turned off S mode and the next day it came back and I can't get rid of it. I logged a ticket with microsoft and the issue is still not resolved. I need to use Chrome for my kid's school. What can be done about this?

• A:Answer First make sure the system is already updated. If that isn’t the problem, the you can try a system reset. I would back-up my data first though. I would recommend a hard reset (removes everything).
