“Im looking for a laptop that we can add cellular service to so all we have to do is open it on the job site and it’s on the internet. Not take the time to connect to a hotspot. Can this do that ? It came up as a cellular laptop but Im not seeing that”

My cell phone is connected to my laptop if my phone rings I have the option to answers from my phone or laptop. I can also transfer to another device to talk
