Thanks for your question! Yes, the laptop is upgradeable. You should contact the Geek Squad about a memory upgrade. The laptop has 2 slots for memory and currently has 4 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB). You would fill the empty slot with a module with the same specs and have 8GB. The maximum ram you can upgrade to is 16GB.
