Q: QuestionDoes it update often? And does it go slow after awhile? Battery life how long?

Speed should remain steady but can be affected by limited RAM, and how hard the processor is working. You might want to go with an i3 processor and 8GB of RAM if you intend to do more than basic (email, streaming, homework) computing. Using mobile settings, the battery life of the 14-dq0054dx is indicated as up to 10 hours and 15 minutes. It supports battery fast charge: approximately 50% in 45 minutes.

• A:Answer In theory at least, yes. But a couple of things to keep in mind: 1) Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. So, you'll have to check to make sure the software you're using is available in the store. 2) The hardware one this computer is somewhat limited, so it probably wouldn't be a good choice for complex UX development.

• A:Answer Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the RAM in the 14-dq0054dx laptop is surface mounted (soldered directly to the motherboard ) and is not upgradeable. There is no PCIe expansion slot to install a discrete graphics card.
