• The RAM appears to be at the maximum the laptop can take, but the storage can be upgraded all the way to 8tb.

• I see that there are conflicting answers to this question. My suggestion is that you check with one of the major sellers of memory, like Crucial or Kingston. They usually have the most up-to-date info on these issues, and it is in their interests only to sell you what you can actually use, and to help you with what you buy.
