QuestionDo you sell a docking station that supports a Dell ST2010 (HDMI) monitor. Source laptop is a HP 15-fc0093dx. Mokin with an USB-C didn't work. Video output cannot occur thru this unit's USB-C.

- Answer Planker, thank you for asking about working through a dock. The USB-C port on your HP laptop supports data transfer only, which means that the video cannot output to a display through a docking station. However, the laptop is equipped with an HDMI-out port, which will connect and display to your Dell ST2010 monitor directly, negating the need for a dock.

- Answer Hello there! This HP 15.6" Laptop (15-fc0093dx) has a FHD (1920 x 1080), micro-edge, anti-glare, 250 nits, 45% NTSC display. The color gamut of 45% NTSC translates to about 67% sRGB. The higher the percentage, the more color accurate, however, this will work fine for light photo editing. Thank you for your question and hope this help!

- Answer Hi, Mak, and thanks for asking the question about the 15-fc0093dx. The power adapter that comes with the computer is not listed as being able to handle 220V, so you'd need a "step down" transformer to take the 220V and convert it to 110V.

- Answer To install any software that is not Microsoft, including an internet browser other than Edge and the McAfee antivirus that comes with it!, you have to take it out of S mode. It is easy to do, but cannot be returned to S mode once it’s turned off.

- Answer not if the docking station is using USB-C because the USB-C 3.0 port on this laptop does not support any kind of external display. You need USB-C 3.1 or 3.2 for that (DisplayPort)
